More about Mulungu in Capsules
Natural to Southern Brazil and scientifically referred to as Erythrina mulungu and popularly known as Flor de Coral (meaning “coral tree”) due to its reddish coloration, this branched tree called Mulungu has been traditionally used by local tribes in sacred medicine recipes due to its tranquilizing and antibacterial effects. It has been used by other cultures, such as North American, in the treatment of shock/trauma induced hysteria and to promote healthy sleeping patterns. The most common form of intake for this rainforest anxiolytic is using its peel or dried leaves as tea, as well as tincture and capsules, much like our own.
Because Mulungu is an organic sedative that possesses naturally calming properties, it is frequently recommended for stress and anxiety treatments, as well as for those who see improved quality of sleep. Such processes happen, primarily, because of the high concentration of hypaphorine, erythrine, and erythravine in the plant’s composition, which activate GABA receptors (neurotransmitters responsible for relaxing the nervous system).
Some of its other benefits include, but are not limited to: relief of rheumatic pain, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial, and anticonvulsant properties, hepatoprotection and hypotensive action, and aiding in inhibiting smoking addictions.
Number of capsules: 120 capsules per package, each containing 250mg of described product.
